Englewood Beach
/Today we are going to talk about some updates for Englewood Beach. Fox 4 made a recent article discussing Charlotte County’s plans for reopening. The main parking lot and boardwalk need to be completely taken down. The boardwalk was damaged beyond repair and is now being removed. The parking lot has underlying structural issues from the sand being pushed and needs to be repaved. The current plan is to create a shuttle system from Tringali park to the beach until construction is completed. The completion date for reconstruction is currently set for six months. The parking lot behind the Sandbar and White Elephant is still open and holds about 50 vehicles. Please see the below article for some more insight into the processes going into this project. If you are down here waiting for the beach to reopen, consider making an appointment through our website to talk about building a home with us! Danny is very friendly and knowledgeable. You won’t regret it!
